Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–12 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local carrier operations, customs processing, rural locations, weather conditions, and peak seasons.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Attempts & Pickup
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., recipient unavailable, address clarification required, or no safe drop-off location), the parcel may be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup.
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the carrier’s stated timeframe.
Unclaimed parcels that are returned to sender may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and formatted correctly at checkout.
- Enter either a street address OR a PO Box
- Do not combine both incorrectly in the same field
- Include apartment/unit number where applicable
We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
If delivery fails due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Address change requests must be made within 1 hour of ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please check with neighbors or building management
- Confirm your shipping address
- Contact us at support@igniowave.com
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
International Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in your order total.
Holidays & Peak Periods
Shipping times may be extended during major holidays or peak shopping seasons.
We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
