Shipping Methods & Times

Standard Shipping (Free on all orders):

  • Worldwide Delivery: 7-12 business days
  • Tracking Included: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact support@igniowave.com.

Shipping Costs

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders
  • No minimum purchase required

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order ships
  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided
  • Allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management
  • Contact us at support@igniowave.com if you still can't locate your package
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We cannot reroute packages once they've shipped
  • Address change requests must be made within 1 hour of ordering

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders):

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility

Order Modifications

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it
  • Contact support@igniowave.com immediately with your order number
  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, we cannot make changes

Holidays

Shipping times may be extended during major holidays and peak shopping seasons. We'll notify you of any delays via email.
