RETURN POLICY AND COSTS

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your IgnioWave™ purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@igniowave.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Ship the item back to our returns center (address provided in email)

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • In original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
  • Unused or gently used condition
  • Include all original accessories (charging cable, straps, manual, case)

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Defective or Damaged Items

If your IgnioWave™ arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@igniowave.com
  • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no cost
  • Provide photos of the damage if possible

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:

  1. Return your current item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Warranty Coverage

All IgnioWave™ devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is separate from our 30-day return policy. See Terms of Service for full warranty details.
