RETURN POLICY AND COSTS
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your IgnioWave™ purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@igniowave.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to our returns center (address provided in email)
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- In original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
- Unused or gently used condition
- Include all original accessories (charging cable, straps, manual, case)
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund Amount: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Defective or Damaged Items
If your IgnioWave™ arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at support@igniowave.com
- We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no cost
- Provide photos of the damage if possible
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:
- Return your current item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
Warranty Coverage
All IgnioWave™ devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is separate from our 30-day return policy. See Terms of Service for full warranty details.
